This is to notify to the public that some unscrupulous persons posing themselves as employees/representatives/agents of A2Z Placements, with ulterior motive to earn wrongful gain and/or cheat the prospective customers, are fraudulently offering recruitment services online on certain websites/or through telephone calls or fake letters, soliciting them for recruitment services to be provided by A2Z Placements, and are asking them to deposit some amount in certain bank accounts and/or through wallets (such as Paytm) as advance. This person/these people are also unauthorizedly using the name, trademark, domain name, logo and GST No. of A2Z Placements with a view to tarnish the image and reputation of A2Z Placements. We wish to caution the general public that A2Z Placements has neither appointed nor authorized any person or agency to offer services to people online on such websites, or to issue any letters or act on our behalf or use the name, trademark, GST No. and logo/websites. The public in general are also advised not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities. A2Z Placements does not ask, solicit, and accept any monies in any form (whether online or otherwise) from customers who wish to avail services from us, without a formal contract / engagement in place and outside formal banking channels. A2Z Placements and/or its partners bear no responsibility for amounts being deposited in response to such offers. Anyone dealing with such fake calls would be doing so at his / her own risk and A2Z Placements (and its partners) will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly. A2Z Placements strongly recommends that potential customers should not respond to such solicitations. P.S- It has come to our notice that this person (posing as Amit Kumar from A2Z PLACEMENTS Services) traps the innocent customers who contact him via JustDial/IndiaMart and asks them to deposit a certain amount of money as advance and asks them to deposit the same in his Paytm/PhonePe/ Other Bank account. We have already filed a FIR/complaint in Police Station of our area as well as a complaint with the grievance department of cyber cell and they are looking into the matter.
